Website and hosting
The website and email delivery are hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin. To deliver and protect the website, the host processes technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested page and browser information. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

No advertising trackers
This website embeds no analytics tools, advertising pixels, external font services or videos. Our website code sets no cookies and stores no contact details in localStorage or sessionStorage. Hosting security measures are separate.
Enquiries and information materials
Submitting transfers your selected details to our server over an encrypted connection for processing through our STRATO mailbox. For information requests, the server emails the selected German-language PDF to the address provided. A sending status confirms acceptance by the mail server, not arrival in the recipient’s inbox.
We use your name, contact address, optional phone number and project details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other matters. Please do not send health data, identity documents or confidential customer documents.
Additional marketing contact preferences are optional, selected separately and not preselected. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future by emailing kontakt@azavexperte.com. A one-off information request is not a newsletter subscription.
To prevent abuse and duplicate sending, our sending code stores pseudonymised checksums, timestamps, request identifiers and sending statuses. It does not permanently store form contents on the webspace. Technical request records older than 48 hours are removed on the next form access; rate-limit counters expire within 24 hours. Handling and retention of received emails are separate. The legal basis for this technical protection is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiries are retained only as long as needed to handle them. Statutory retention duties or establishing and defending legal claims may require longer retention. Access is limited to those handling the enquiry and necessary technical providers. We do not sell your data or make automated decisions about your enquiry.
Calculator, language and external links
The calculator and project finder run in your browser. Predefined selections may appear in the page link and browser history; name, contact details and free text are not included in those links. Changing language discards unsaved form entries after confirmation. External sources, the software website and your email application open only when you act.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the future. Contact kontakt@azavexperte.com. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, particularly where you live or to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
