IT, AI & marketing

AZAV for
IT, AI & marketing.

Turn project experience into structured continuing education. For people taking on digital tasks and companies seeking to train their teams.

The business perspective

From agency services to your own training offer.

An IT company or marketing agency can also offer its expertise as continuing education. This creates an additional business area alongside client projects. Transferable skills, a clear curriculum and a well-founded target occupation are essential. A brief introduction to your own tool is a different matter.

Who could this suit?

IT service providers, software companies, marketing agencies, digital consultants and suitable specialist trainers.

Possible training offers

The following approaches are starting points for programme design, not pre-approved product packages.

  • AI applications in business processes
  • Data literacy and digital working methods
  • Online marketing with measurable learning objectives
  • IT application consulting and automation

The appropriate funding route

Vocational continuing education under § 81 or employee training under § 82 SGB III. The course's B-DKS classification must match its training objective and qualification level.

Useful questions

What you should know first.

Can I start as an individual?

A small organisation is possible in principle. What matters is demonstrable professional and teaching competence, reliability, suitable equipment, functioning quality management and a financially viable plan. A particular job title alone is not sufficient.

Does AZAV automatically bring me participants?

No. Approval, individual funding decisions and actual enrolment are separate steps. Demand, relationships with companies and a credible training offer need to be developed.

Can my company train its own employees and receive money for it?

Staff development and operating as a training provider are different roles. Internal training does not automatically generate fundable provider revenue. For your own or affiliated companies, funding eligibility, cost allocation and billing must be clarified with the Employer Service in advance. Mandatory training and purely operational inductions are not generally eligible under § 82.
